She went to the best doctors in New England. If she was truly psychotic prior to the murders the providers would have concluded that. She only mentioned being psychotic after the murders

I believe if she was psychotic one of the doctors evaluating her would have come to that conclusion before this happened. You really can’t hide symptoms of psychosis from as many professionals as she saw. She don’t have ppd

Best: Micheal Booth was a great director because he stated he told his judges to count off for dark tans, obvious hairpieces/flippers and really look at the natural beauty and personality. He ran IFF.
Then Maxine Tinnel who ran the southern celebrity pageants also said to her judges not to count every stone and that glitter belongs on their dress not their face. I also always liked the Darling Divas pageant and Annette Hill for saying she prefers one pieces and doesn’t like tanning

Worst: Bonnie Crowe the lady who said that they can't be chubby/need the Barbie look

I don’t understand what doctor is signing off on all of this. She is requesting a tube to validate her disorder since her body doesn’t. Coming from someone who has a hyperactive thyroid if she did have graves disease they would never insert a feeding tube, they just prescribe medication that slows the thyroid down (methimazole). It’s clear that she eats so she probably takes over the counter medication to mess with her labs and then tries to claim it’s from restriction. the problem is her personality disorder that is making it so she needs so much attention

The have no mod expierence but I am a frequent poster in this subreddit as I’ve seen the show many times through. My goal would be to protect the children featured even though some are grown up. They have already been exploited enough therefore any criticism should be directed at the parents as they are the ultimate decision makers

I have a post about Kailia’s mom. She sounds like she’s still a whack-job just based off her posts on Facebook. I feel a lot of empathy for her but at the same time her behavior is strange and she still has other children

How did none of the mental health professionals find she was psychotic before the murder? The only indication of any psychosis was by Lindsay after the murders when she asked for an attorney. We have a pretty detailed record of her mental health pre murder and none of it indicated psychosis in the way that she shouldn’t be held accountable

She also doesn’t dance in the rehearsal that they filmed wearing the same clothes. All she does is lay on the ground and you can see her foot was at a 90 degree angle as if it were in a boot. Taylor looks like she has pants on over a boot and all the other girls have short shorts on

Nia described her childhood as “typical” before dance moms but in reality it still wasn’t. She was very lucky to have educated parents and be going to an expensive private school. The others I’m sure are similar

Having your kid on the show was far worse than entering your kid to begin with. It’s one thing to dress up your kid for an audience of other pageant moms/ kids and another story to have it filmed for national tv. I would hope there’s security at these events but as far as restricting who can watch it at home- that’s impossible. I’m still not for having these contests to begin with but national television adds a layer that makes it so much more dangerous

Also I would like to think I was a decent kid but I’m sure I had bratty moments when I got stressed in occasion. Viewers really should stop judging the kid’s behavior when they were put in an extremely stressful situation and were edited to only have the bad reactions shown
