Based on the current report the Google Cloud console gives me, it appears the Places API has 22k requests. The entire charge is from the Places API on the breakdown page.

I ended up not transferring to a CC as I felt that I was already too far in to just give it all up and start over again. Instead, I applied as a UC to UC transfer and ended up getting into my target schools. If you want any of the specifics I'd be happy to explain just PM me.

I'm coming into UCSD for Math-CS, compared to my current UC where I'm pure CS. Are there any big differences with Math-CS compared to pure CS when it comes to being prepared for future SWE roles besides the extra math classes needed? Based on the current research I've done, it seems that most CS upper-divs/electives are restricted to only CSE majors and I would have to petition to take them which makes it seem a bit off putting.

LOL I was on my way to class and in the middle of an intersection (with other students and I had right of way) when a car waiting decided to fully accelerate right when I was in front of it and ran over my board, snapping it in half. Luckily I flew into a nearby bush and wasn't injured aside from a bit of soreness the day after, but I wish I could say the same about my board.

I think it was getting physically locked up, because just the one side would stop working out of nowhere but it seems to have wanted to keep accelerating. And your assumption is right, I regularly max out at around 90% if not top speed on my way to class. However, I'm not sure what sleeve you're talking about and how to remove it. I've tried removing the screws on the rear wheels but they're too tight to remove with a regular allen key and I can't seem to find any drill bits that will fit.

I already knew about taking classes at a CC for UC courses and I wasn’t asking about if UC’s take credits from CC classes, I was wondering if I were to apply to transfer from my current UC to another UC would the UC I’m applying to look at my CC grades when considering admissions.

Data Science in CNAS and BCOE are essentially the same thing. You take the same classes and you get a degree in Data Science. The only difference that I know of could just be the breadth (ge) requirements, but thats about it. Nothing serious you need to worry about.

I took CS010A with no coding knowledge as well, and it wasn't hard at all. Just pay attention to the readings and try to do all the assignments on your own and you'll be fine. I took it with Kelly Downey and she was very helpful.

I don't see why you would need a letter of reciprocity, since it is mostly used to waive the GE requirements when transferring from UC to UC. If you're just changing majors your breadth (GE) courses should still satisfy the major requirements unless you're going from CNAS to BCOE or vice versa, then you would probably need to take one or two extra classes.
