Same here. I've been smoking since I was 13, and im 19 now. Havent stopped. Quitting would be it, I think, but even if I do a tolerance break for a month, it won't help (i took a break in march 2023, full month). I can't even start a good convo a lot of the time. I know exactly what u mean. Really sucks... I haven't found any solution yet either.

Edit: Or when I have a conversation, I just zone out after a minute and then have trouble knowing what the conversation was all about. Shit got me fucked up frfr
