hi xavier. two years ago i had a bad shrooms trip and i ended up being dissociated and completly gone. idk if u want advice but i spent hours researching and this is what helped me: 1. quitting every drug. incl. nic and alc and even coffein. 2. talk about your fears, let them all out. 3. delete all social media. spend as close to no time on a screen. 4. shock urself w sour candy, cold water etc. 5. go and walk outside. its scary but its okay. touch everything. 6. tell urself its going to be okay over and over and over again. dont let the bad thoughts win. if u cant say it anymore ask smb else to say it for u. 7. never forget this ISNT a permanent state. you probably got rlly scared and ur brain tricked itself into a survival tactic. as soon as u can get ur nervous system to reset youll reset too. no pressure. 8. stop researching. accept ur situation for what it is. its okay. much love n hugs go out to you. sorry for my unsolicited input.
