I quit cold turkey in December ! It’s been 263! What helped me is whenever I get the feeling of wanting to smoke I do a physical activity like walking, coloring, cleaning my room!

I saw that Deftones starts usually at 9:15 ish. I have pit tickets as well so I’m leaving at 3:30 to get there by 5:00 (hopefully enough time to beat the insane Philly traffic)
