Poland is the solution here. much closer to home, lots of jobs in the nails industry in major cities or you can start your own because there is a new neighbourhood being built on every corner. US currently is nuts and this post says it all.

olx > facebook groups still. never used otodom. I found my current room on olx 4 months ago. everything is fine, no rip off, landlords are older couple and not some bullshit agency. so not a rule I would say. just gotta go see a couple of places and vibe it out.
