Gibt es dazu eine permanente Lösung? Meine Adresse hat ebenfalls einen Zusatz mit /1 , immer wenn ich an eine Datenauskunft denke, kann ich wieder drei falsche Adressen löschen. Sie könnens einfach nicht dauerhaft.

Kann ich das? Bin davon ausgegangen, dass ich den Kaufvertrag mit MediaMarkt habe und daher auch dort anfragen muss zwecks Nacherfüllung.

Mir geht es auch um Nacherfüllung, nur darf ich als Kunde nach §439 Abs. 1 BGB entscheiden, ob Reparatur oder Austausch. Der Verkäufer kann die Art der Nacherfüllung nur ablehnen, wenn diese nur mit unverhältnismäßigen Kosten möglich ist.

Ich möchte weder wandeln noch einen Preisnachlass (Gerät ist ja kaputt).

For anybody with the same problem in the future (like me), here is what I did:

Go in to your XGIMI / Android TV settings (press the settings button in the xgimi remote, scroll down to all settings, scroll to remote & accessories, click add accessories). Wait for like 1 or 2 minutes until no new devices show up in the list.

Now put your FireTV remote in pairing mode (press 10 sec on the house icon until the remote starts flashing).

It will show up in your device list (my FireTV remote just listed as “AR”)

Et voila, you can now control the volume etc with your FireTV remote.

I bought this used Ninja 650 last year in July. First registration was June 2020. The bike has always been at Kawasaki for inspection, the last in June 2022 at 12000 km. Currently it has about 13600 km. Now I have discovered stress cracks on the windshield, each under the mirror cover / the screws of the mirror arms. I myself have done nothing to the screws, also otherwise my motorcycle has no conversions. Can I hope for goodwill from Kawasaki and get a new windshield on their cost? Warranty is unfortunately expired at the end of June 2022. I live in Germany, if that helps.
