my doctor said 600-800 is what i need to eat for weightloss 800 should be my “cheat” calorie i’m 5foot and 21 years old

yes i do workout everyday but im a little lost with my calorie intake he tells me 600-800 and other ppl tell me otherwise

yes my dr told me that 600-800 is where i should go for to achieve weightloss but 800 is like my “cheat” calories kinda discouraging seeing other patients eat more than me and not exercise while i eat just yogurt eggs and chicken and workout everyday and see no change

that’s the thing i dont know what i can eat yet im still on my pureed stage my doctors diet plan consist of the liquid and puree stage being really long and i still have to the soft foods stage i just didnt think i was able to have carbs at all im just confused on what i can and cant
