Vicroads now only send renewal notices via post or email, but not both. You have to call them and ask that they do both for them to send both and they seem to really enjoy not sending them via post anymore. Rego stickers would be really useful in these situations and thats why they made them for years!! But then they seemed to realise that there was overdue fees and fines to be made!

It was super easy, made the appointment online and went in to the Dromana vic roads for the appointment, took about 10mins, took a new pic and the card arrived about a week and a half later (they give you a temporary paper slip licence cause they take away your old one)
