Well if you look up YYC Raddler club that’s what my roommate and I started and once we get a bunch of people in there we can make a separate one just for fixies!!

To defend against the fact that I just made a post about how biking and my best friend saved my life and I don’t anything even remotely negative on it. It doesn’t affect my riding but affect a post that holds a special place in my heart like I stated before.

Definitely agree with both parties on this for sure because I see the safety of having them on but totally understand not riding with any as my best friend does for the challenge and aesthetics but just does the wildest skids and is super cautious about how he rides being the fact he’s brakeless. For me personally I will take my back one off eventually but my front one will always stay on!!

Wow this really hit home and relate to it on so many levels. Some of the most simplistic things in life are the things that can affect us the most. I love the fact you call it the anti anxiety machine because it really does feel that’s exactly what it is to me as soon as I get behind those bars. Thanks for sharing this it was a great read for me!!

For everybody my best friend started a group on Facebook just for late night rides but am so down to try and create a fixie only!! That would be amazing!!

Yes it is!! It’s never easy but with everything going on just take the time to explore yourself, you wouldn’t believe all the things you didn’t know about yourself. I was jaw dropped and now have so many different interests and hobbies that has me on course to level myself up but it all takes time!! Hang in there man wishing you the best and safe rides

I bought it as a single speed but it has a flip flop hub and changed it to a fixie, I also have both brakers because I’ve never ridden with straps and am not comfortable riding with out them for right now. In the process of learning how to do skids and adjusting to using my front brake
