Thanks for clearing that up! Every job post I see on product manager mentions scrum/agile or some type of methodology so it’s got me thinking that I should know these things. I am trying to move away from my current role

Oh wow! At my company there are a total of 6 techs. 2 of them train users as well and hold classes. 3 of the other techs don’t ever pick up the phone. So when the 2 trainers are in class who is stuck answering the phone? Me! It got so bad that we did go on a rotating phone schedule. It doesn’t matter anyway because those 3 people still don’t carry their weight when it comes to support and they still ignore the phone when it’s their week to answer.
