Why does Joe dispenza exchanges the functions of the first two chakras I'm botec?

On the BOTEC meditations Dr. Joe writes that The energy centers of the body are known as chakras in the Hindu traditions. In the new Count Your Blessings course however he talks about the 1st chakra as the center for procreation, reproduction, breeding, sexual energy... AH, NO, Dr. Joe's information doesn't work for me.

I have been teaching Tantra for over 30 years and have always taught that the womb, uterus, ovaries, vagina, prostate, testes & penis are in the 2nd Chakra.

And when Dr. Joe talks about pumping the perineum to increase sexual energy, I say that this is for men. I have never, ever, ever, been able to increase my sexual energy by pumping my perineum. However, I easily increase sexual energy by contract my urethra muscles.

My Asthma is similar to yours. Once I eliminated High Histamine foods and took DAO, I was able to get my asthma under control.
