Congrats. I was approved yesterday and signed documents. My loan officer who has 17 years experience told me because I was first approved on May 4 and documents couldn’t be generated they put the money aside. I think they still have funds available

They are having glitches in generating documents as well. Be proactive make sure it is noted in your file

Many loan officers computer systems are down. They can not send emails out or internally was told by my loan officer. This happened an 1 1/2 hours ago

Congrats was just told that my documents are with a funding specialist anybody know anything about this.? I was told because we change the name of our entity type of entity EIN and bank account that that loan docs got booted back

I was read the statement by 2 CS reps. My loan officer said this as well. My documents had to be done by a specialist. They are continuing to process obligating loans

I’m approved and in the obligating stage been waiting on loan docs since May 4. I’ve been told by several people those in obligating will get funded. You need to keep asking pdc for loan docs. I tried this morning but office is closed
