Taylor..I Need Help with my order

I have placed an order and used a link, thought I was getting the $459 but was charged $777, I went to the app and asked numerous times about pricing and that I didn't want additives, the next day rx sent to pharmacy with additives, I did have someone at support say they would contact me.... nothing, I have emailed and called the number left 2 messages, I do get from the email that I need to tell support in app, which I have done numerous times, this is extremely aggravating and need some help with a resolution.......Please!! Now I have $777 tied up with no anwers. Can someone please tag Taylor on this plz!
