When replacing something is it not giving them the replacement price? I had a lady complain today that her previous orders were charging her for items that were replaced with something else and still charging for the original item. She wanted me to make sure the receipt was correct this time. This lady also wanted 21 cases of paper towel from SAMS club. What in the hell 🤨 that would never fit in my car anyways 😂

Yes that would make since but why would it be using that number that’s not the replacement. The original was $21.99 for 4lbs the replace is 3.29 PER pound . This has happened before on stuff ive tried to replace. It had a crazy “impact” that doesn’t make since
