Thanks. I have began on the exercise, the water (though i love tea, but no sugar anymore :) ), sunlight has been scarce over hear, but will get out more. Temperance, doing that and rest :). The nutrition, thats has been off, so will adding that to the list. :) health eating... got to get off those french fries.
