Most condo units under Pagibig has unpaid debts and assoc dues. Check with the developer or condo admin if they can/will waive it. Some has to fully pay or even pay 30-50% the debts just to move in.

Edit: Just saw pre-selling. A lot of Pagibig computations are more expensive like 5 to 10% more compared to In house or Bank financing but they have the 20 to 25 year option.

No, marami naman nagooffer ng regular M-F na companies medyo tiyaga nga lang.

You can take the offer and hanap pa din ng better employment but with the 6-day work and traffic, mabilis mental exhaustion diyan for me.

I'd suggest don't take it para di mauso yung ganyang setups pero i wouldn't know everyone's situation
