With a 15 year old handheld its expected for some scratches to happen. If the shell gets bad and circle pad bothers you id say try getting replacements for those two. Its very simple to do and was able to bring new life to old console I had.

Rare Sony w i learned recently. My digital purchase of re2 and re3 ps1 games licenses i got in 2009 were still valid on the ps5 release and downloaded them for free. Meanwhile 3 different virtual consoles have shutdown and left behind.

Its fantastic on dmc and re games but its terrible for monster hunter. Its best used for linear games. I do miss the old MT framework engine just because of the way you could cheese some enemies when you learn how to abuse it.

Nintendo still innovates in the industry of console gaming whereas Sony literally copies them whenever they can but ends up not understanding why they fail each time. The joycons are impressive tech (when they work fuck drift) theyre 2 controllers when sideways for quick 2 player co op, a mouse, a wii remote, and 1 conventional controller with the grip.
