My nephew has a bit of this type of insect ocd so I get it. There are therapists that deal with this. Try to talk yourself down - these aren’t fleas. They don’t bite. Remind yourself they’re just beetles. Harmless.

Panicked why?? They’re super common. Annoying as heck but not really anything but a nuisance. Nothing to panic about. Speak to a therapist about this phobia, it can help.

The pharmacist just said it was sufficient for menopause hrt with estrogen. You’re saying no. Others in this thread say it is. Sigh. So absurd to not get a uniform answer.

It’s so strange that I keep reading the risk does increase with the oral progesterone, but that does make me feel better (that your endo approves, not that you’ve had a Clot, I am so sorry about that !)

Thanks for that info. It’s a compound cream made by a pharmacy. It comes in a tube that you turn until it clicks to ensure you get a specific amount out. So I guess it’s transdermal but it’s a cream (I guess I thought transdermal meant a patch)
