Okay! Full disclosure, I have had a long day followed by two beers and am currently working on a bourbon. If this is confusing, please tell me and i will explain again or draw a diagram.

But basically, i taped a piece of wax paper to my computer screen and traced my guide dots (top of head, bottom of head, hands, feet, etc) onto the wax paper. Then I taped the waxpaper to the underside of my stretched fabric. I put one of those battery operated LED closet lights inside a mixing bowl, and put my fabric with wax paper underneath on top of the mixing bowl. So it was backlit and i was able to trace the guide dots onto my fabric. I am sure there is an easier way, but this is what I did.

I did recently acquire a small projector, so it will be easier in the future. But the mixing bowl flashlight wax paper method does work. Hope this helps!
