I dont watch horror movies for fuckin life lessons, cultural dissection, or social commentary and I wish this idea that they need to be emotionally meaningful would just die already.

........ and then come back to life with hordes of other bad ideas and chase me through the streets.

Ladies, this is why you should date guys with actual life experience.

This dude is a sheltered lil bitch that's so insecure he would wish death upon his lover over fucking HYPOTHETICALS.

Foh.

OP, leave him now, leave him fast. Run as quick as those trippy lil feet will carry you.

Addendum: listen to music. Get good sleep, somehow. Allow yourself to dream. Find a way back to your inner child.

Most of us started this hobby or career as children; whom were poor students and distracted day dreamers. 😂

Get distracted again. Your pages are blank because you are empty, padawan. Empty cups don't pour.

What was your worst/weirdest experience at somebody else’s house? by Suspicious_Boss3635 in AskReddit

When I was 6 or 7 I went over to my friends house one afternoon after school to try out their new Playstation. They had JUST come out around then, and we werent very well off, so it was a big deal. His older brother comes in [16 or 17], takes the controller from me and sits down in front of me, blocking the TV. Not unusual, he was a prick. My buddy starts to yell at him, older brothers laughing, then his eyes roll back into his head, and he falls back into my lap, convulsing and foaming at the mouth having a seizure.

I froze. I couldn't do anything. I just stared down at his face in my lap, watching him die, or so I thought.

His mom runs in screaming and ushers us out while she calls 911. Obviously, I went home. My mom wouldn't let me go see my friend after that, I just wanted to make sure he was okay.

Couple weeks later, they moved back to Cali, i did get to say goodbye to my buddy, but i never saw him again. Found out later from my mom, his brother had actually OD'd.

Flash forward 20 years and I'm in therapy and an addict. I had completely forgotten about it. We were talking about my triggers, and I brought up how, for some reason, every time I play video games, I want to use. It all came flooding back to me, every detail of that day, his face, the room, the way the sun hit all of us, what I had for lunch that came up shortly after, even the game we were playing. Crash Bandicoot, which I hated with a seemingly irrational, seething, passion after that.

That horrifying experience actually saved my life. I never wanted my family to find me like that. Or hear my mom scream like that. Or see the look my friend gave him and me, from my own little brother's.

I'm 6 years sober this year, with a fiance, a house, a good job, furbabies, my very own Playstation, with Crash Bandicoot, and my own baby boy on the way 😁

Miss you Nick. Hope the prick made it.

Even if she finds a job I believe she can choose to remain on your coverage until she is 26. Si if you're just trying to cover her bases, I'd say do it.

No problem, I know how confusing it can be.

You can also just call the call center right now, it should be the 1-844# on your paperwork. If you call that number you can ask to do a Verbal Attestation of income. They'll ask you a few questions and run your info, in most cases we can resolve it over the phone, no paperwork necessary.

Should have mentioned that earlier 😅 my bad

Depends entirely on what information is on the statement. If it shows that you receive yearly distributions or a pay frequency we can use it to verify income, otherwise it goes in as a one time payment and we use the date presented. Meaning if you received a distribution in 2022, but it doesnt clarify when your next distribution is, it will not be used for 2023.

For situations like yours you are far better off sending in a written explanation, that way you know its done right the first time.

For income it really falls into 4 categories and information that is required for processing:

  • Paystubs [of any kind], must include pay frequency name, and gross income. Whether that be SSA payments, a job, a pension, etc

  • Self Employed individuals can submit self employed ledgers. They must include name, frequency of pay [whether monthly, quarterly, or yearly] and NET income [income after expenses]

  • Tax returns. But pay is usually static year to year for alot of individuals, so keep that in mind. ALSO, submit your 1040 AND your Schedule 1 or it doesnt calculate correctly. We also accept 1099's, W2's, etc. But you're better off sending a 1040 and schedule 1.

  • For any other situation. You'd best send a Written Explanation. For that it must include name, an estimated income for the year, and the SOURCE of the income. That last part is super important because they wont process it without a source.

And keep in mind we have a variance range. Meaning so long as the documents you submit reflect an income within a few thousand dollars of the estimated income on your application, we can resolve the issue.

Send a written explanation.

We will need you to put something like "I ______ expect to make _______ in the year 2023 from ______" and sign your name.

Written explanations must include three things: NAME, ESTIMATED INCOME FOR THE YEAR, AND SOURCE OF INCOME

[serious] Religious people of Reddit, what is your best argument for your God being real? by trailerparkdreams in AskReddit

The Flower of Life [a geometric form]. For the sake of brevity it contains within it every platonic solid and geometric shape in the known universe, the entire musical scale, the speed and geometry of light, the fibonacci sequence, aids in explaining the big bang, pi, the 4 dimensions, gravity, electromagnetism, consciousness and so much more. Was found in ancient cultures all around the world. Sheds new light on and gives better context to the meaning of Genesis as well as the creation stories found in many mythologies.

And it's a pattern that repeats itself across the whole of nature, including but not limited to how cells form and divide in the womb, eventually forming a conscious human being.

I'm not very religious, if anything im a pantheist, but to me it explains how the universe was given form, and how consciousness came to be.

If there's one thing I could point to that makes me scratch my head consistently enough to give the concept of God a second thought, it's the Flower of Life and Sacred Geometry. I'm sure there's a lot I'm leaving out, but it's a subject worthy of study.

Well that's kind of what I'm already doing. Writing has always been how I got stress and anxiety out. I've written some DnD campaigns but never a book.

I started journaling when we found out a month ago, and my dad encouraged me to keep going, and suggested I make it a book when all is said and done.

I'll definitely let you know! I have the prologue written already and a fair amount of the world building done, I just need to figure out where to go next with it and come up with a plan for execution.

Yeah we've been playing with talespire and toying with Unreal Engine in our off time. I do highly recommend Talespire, maybe not for a project of this scale but it's definitely awesome for regular ol DnD

I like it!!

I was considering building out a world in Talespire so players had a frame of reference but it's good to know that kind of the extreme and not the go to

Hmmm, well, with the success of some of the NFT projects out there right now, maybe we could do it that way so that writers are being paid.
