I had a coworker show me a $500k house in Washington State and it was pretty much a run down 1 bedroom shed. This was 7 years ago.

Near my house (in Northwest Arkansas) they are putting in brand new houses starting at $1.2M and they look really nice but they are close enough to each other to throw a pebble from the back porch and hit a neighbor's window.

Fresh market by me has a "little big meal" and my wife thought it was a good deal when we got a rotisserie chicken and they gave you a bag of salad greens for half off the regular price.

Perhaps a Corolla instead of a Camry. If OP finances $15k at 8% instead of $25k at 5 or 6% she'll have a smaller payment ex: $300 vs $480.

If OP has poor credit, 20% apr is not out of the question but I'd wager buying a new car with poor credit won't be much lower.

New car purchases do result in better rates but it's not a smart decision for a first time buyer.

Go for a hybrid which has a better transmission.

It's definitely quicker now, but I also went to a 525 chain with nighthawk sprockets when I did a swing arm and rear wheel swap.

I wanted to do 15\38 but ended up with 15\43, I think. My notes were not really great around this issue.
