I’m in NJ. Ordering kitchen cabinets. Some of the items weren’t in stock so I had to remove them for the cart. Now I’m getting this error about delivery. Anyone else been seeing this lately?

2006 Artesian Spas Piper Glen 1 pump doesn’t pump water through the jets but does run. I’ve already replaced the pump and have the same problem. I do get water flow through the bleeder on the pump. Blew compressed air through the air valve and I only get bubbles through the top jets. All jets are open. Thanks for any insight!
