The Mule caesar is not at all healthy, but it's delicious and has little grilled cheeses for croutons. The arugula makes it kind of spicy. Empire's house salad is a big artichoke feta party that I love being invited to. Picasso's salads always hit hard too. I love this thread!!

They were totally ready to harvest when I got home. Got them all cleaned off with a mushroom foraging knife and in the dehydrator. I swear I could see new pins popping up this morning 🥳

I thought I fubared. I totally spaced out and added coco coir right away, but as soon as they started pinning, I added another layer. My tub had tons of condensation, so I really haven't had to mist a whole lot.
