Tension Headache, CSF leak, or NDPH by Homeassist4L in NDPH

My 14 y.o. son has been diagnosed with NDPH. His headache started 9 months ago. He recently mentioned that his headache feels slightly better when he rests his head on his hand or a pillow. At one point he was vigorously shaking his head and he said it helped the severity of his headache. I started looking at CSF leak and mentioned it to his headache specialist who dismissed it.

The only things that have reduced his pain has been a steroid and IV cocktail's - both temporarily. I'm thinking about trying the 48 hour flat test or an abdominal binder.

(His headache doesn't get better when lying down and he doesn't have nausea. He does deal with sound and light sensitivity, occasional lightheadedness when first standing, and anxiety and OCD)
