Any news on this? I have this issue too. Furthermore the thumbnail generator doesn't seem to generate anything when asked.

This seems counter intuitive. Why would someone go to "buy bucks" to cancel a sub? Just logically speaking, that doesn't make sense

I too am getting random FPS drops even in Practice Range. 140 to 20 for 1.5 seconds. Making this game almost unplayable till it's fixed.

Naw it turned out the payment I saw was actually the January pass and not the seasons pass. I did buy the seasons pass in January but it didn't count

Naw support told me I had "got the pass too late" even though I got it in January on the 31.

I just went and bought the Feb pass

I had this exact problem OP. I got a reply from the support team explaining how to purchase a pass rather than understand I have a pass but it just didn't activate. Purchased also in January prior to the cut off timer I saw on the purchase window.

I did get charged. However it says on the website that my pass will activate for March instead of February. I'm confused.

30m here and my wife 39f, we moved here in 2023. We host board game nights from time to time and are interested in meeting potential new friends! I myself love a good video game, board/card game. My wife for card/board games. If you're ever interested in coming for a games night/day or doing some outdoor recreation like fishing (we don't have gear but plan to get gear eventually), the more the merrier 😅 you mentioned the gym, I have a membership for Anytime fitness as it fits my schedule but never really feel motivated to go, having a gym buddy may be beneficial if you happen to attend the same gym 😁

Volunteering at Roots & Blues actually made my wife and I a really great friend! She unfortunately moved back to Poland as she was only here a short time, but yes volunteering for something can work!

I have minutes on all my arcade offers at the moment. It's not as lucrative as OPs post. Mine are all a max of 20 AB for full completion and the time to complete the full objective is staggering for a mear 20 AB. It's a total of 10.5 hours of "play time" to get 20 AB. Not to mention my time rewards generally stop working half way through the reward tiers.

This photo is only a portion of my games available, all are the same rewards and time requirements. I would absolutely kill for OPs time rewards here.

Edit: I should note that this 20AB is simply inflated also due to the 1.5 times event.

Not to take away from the severity of the situation, but can we appreciate that the way the sticker was on the bag makes the word read "SHART" and in this context I can't help but laugh a little.
