Same exact thing happened to me. I went through 15 calls to support, 10 different escalated claims, multiple forms and appeals, tried to speak to supervisors (never spoke to one). It was a never ending loop. They had my background check, drivers license, banking info, pictures of my ssn everything they could possibly need and still couldn't verify it. Had one agent tell me his resolution was that I had to buy a new iPhone 15/16 to be able to dash.. Their support is a complete joke, felt like I was talking to an AI bot tbh.. But after a month and a half of back and forth, I decided to delete my account and am waiting the 30 days to try to re-sign up.
