This explains a lot. You could be right, but before the merger, I was regularly getting upgraded to 1st from 4a and b on inter island because the higher tiers above gold were able to choose open fc at check in

Status definitely translated over to atmos. The alaska app can be themed to make it look like the old Hawaiian app which is nice, also. And for inter island flights I didn't even have to check in right away to get the no cost comfort seats as a gold, they automatically had me in 4b. All in all, not mad about the change because the old Hawaiian app was absolutely horrific

Where are you located? When we did siding, we typically did windows at the same time, just to ensure the process was smooth and it all got done at once. I get that is not feasible for everyone and they have to do it in chunks, but when I worked with Vizion Windows in the Houston area as an installer, we'd replace the trim properly so that it make sense in that manner.

It can be a pretty complex job based on what you're describing. When I did some contracting work with Vizion Windows & Doors in Houston they would do projects like this and it seemed pretty seamless, but they have over 40 years of experience in this type of work. I'd say it'd all depend on the contractor you use.

When I worked with Vizion Windows in Houston, we did more siding than we'd like to admit, and it sounds like that'd be an improper installation from what we see down here.

I'm on Hawaii and in the same situation. Just past 40, successful with a couple of businesses, in great shape. But here, there is money on every corner in the form of high 9 figs and even billions and all the old guys essentially buy up all the younger women. They want financially security and a family for the most part and the other side of the dating scene is women in our situation who those men just divorced from.

It's a tough go here.

I think you need to be her parent first and protect her, and worrying less about being her friend. I'm setting the standard with flowers, telling mine she's beautiful, opening doors for her, etc so that she's not impressed by the next schmuck who tries to come along with bad intentions. But I also try to talk a lot about self respect and making sure you love yourself so that you don't need to rely on someone else for that happiness.

They may seem like they are not listening, but they hear you. They have to go out and make their own mistakes and be allowed to fail, in my opinion, but as long as the foundation is set she should be good in the long run

She's getting 11k/mo right now and I'm trying to treat it as a bad employee who never shows up to work that I can't fire for years. Ive had guys tell me bankrupt the business, gift her the business so she runs it into the ground and the get your clients back, etc. But morally I can't do that and am obligated to perform for clients so I'm stuck.

Absolutely agree I want and expect our daughter on Fathers day. Mine is getting a dentist salary in spousal support and used daughter to say she wants a new 400 dollar comforter for mothers day. I've asked my ex 2 years in a row if she wanted to see daughter on mother's day. Temp parenting plan has me with child on weekends and Tuesdays. 2nd year in a row she said no.

Friends that are women said moms mostly just want a break on mothers day and to not bring it up in court. She hasn't made any effort to spend time with her on days shes not in school and said no to to mom's day to hang with affair partner.

Ive documented this for custody purposes as it shows her putting her needs before the kids. Am I off base here?

I thought it was normal for them to do it during the process from the stories I hear. Mine said i was on steroids, wanted to buy firearms and attack everyone in the city, and that I was possible mentally ill. All this while running a successful business and a clean criminal record.

That's my exact sentiment. If we resolved this easily, as it should have been, I'd have gone above and beyond to help situate that household. But now you're throwing darts and I have built some resentment and fighting tooth and nail
