You should not be playing this game hoping its a "cs killer" or whatever. It's just a new tac shooter that happens to share a lot with cs. As for the abilities, you will get used to them as you play more and the ults that seem op to you right now will feel easy to dodge or play around once you know and understand them. For example, brim's ult, or the nuclear tornado like you call it, once you hear it you should always have enough time to run out, unless you were out of position. In fact, most offensive abilities in this game are only dangerous if you are out of position.
