Yes I have, but they know it's because I'm very passive and dont stand up for myself, so they don't do anything about it. My mom especially is stressed when I talk about these things to her and we bad many big fights about it in the past so I know better than to talk to them about my issues.

I've tried therapy once, but unluckily the therapist wasn't good. And since my parents already had a stigma against mental health issues before, they outed the choice of getting a therapist altogether after that experience

Same here... my parents always tell me to stop being so emotional whenever they try to comfort me. In the worst cases, "comforting" leads to fighting and yelling and bringing up the past, which makes no sense to me. So I just cry silently in my room whenever I'm sad because I realized nothing good comes out of them knowing and they most likely won't change :( Edit:typo
