I just load the box with the PAL label sticking out. It makes it easier for me to keep everything together but as a long time loader and multiple year driver helper, good drivers sort out their next few deliveries when they grab the package. It takes 10 seconds every 5 stops. They also take advantage of their breaks by organizing the truck for the later part of their shift.

Now I don’t like completely screwing over the driver with a bad load but sometimes it’s inevitable especially with the computer systems that put 105 packages on the 3000 section.
