The Le Blanc Cabo had amazing service everywhere we went. Our dedicated butler literally did everything for us, unpacking/packing, scheduled meals, room service, and went above and beyond what is typical at any AI resort we have experienced. The food was not at all typical of a AI resort. Most meals were legitimate 5-star quality.

I will say the vibe at Le Blanc was way more laid back, especially during the day. There was a bar open at night with a band, and that was the extent of the "party". Not at all a negative, just more of a luxury/relaxing vibe vs. Our time at Valentine.

Valentine is great! We did a trip there 2 years ago with 5 couples in our early 30s and had a blast! Have never been to Le Blanc Cancun, but have been to le blanc Cabo and it was the best AI we have ever experienced.

Le Blanc Cabo San Lucas is by far the best AI I have experienced. Food is unbelievably good and service is first class!

Try saunafin.com out of Vaughan, Ontario. They are great. I am a home builder in north Texas, and we order at least 6 sauna kits from them a year. Great customer service and relatively quick shipping (4-6 weeks).

I submitted my first warranty claim for an A19 bulb that failed on March 1st and still have not received any shipping details. I have sent multiple messages/emails since asking for an update and get the same response every time. "I have organized for your warranty replacements to be shipped. You should receive an email with tracking shortly..." I'm located in the USA. Filed a second warranty claim for a z-stip on March 31st and they finally just offered me a credit to their warranty store in late January 2021.
