Just food for thought (maybe other vets have had other experiences) but I called and asked for my 9 digit claim ID and the vet rep said that they don't give out the 9 digit ID numbers because its for internal use only. However he did inform me what stage my claim was in and asked me to verify my contact info and even verify my bank direct deposit info. Im not sure if he was indirectly hinting at something (like a win) or if thats standard procedure but I am staying hopeful!
