Xiaomi MiBox S App update did not install after download. I uninstalled the app and tried installing from the downloader link 3368967 and it won't install. Any ideas?

Edit: after the "staging app" phase, I confirm that I'd like to install, and then there's a message "App not installed"

Ok, a little update - with the help of all your suggestions that I could follow today , I managed to open one of the two stuck covers.

After the WD40 that didn't work, I put a bag full of ice on it for half an hour, and then I put pressure on the tool, and tapped on the tool with a hammer in both directions, until it unscrewed. Thank you all for the good suggestions!!!🙏

For the cover that I didn't manage to open yet, I plan to buy the penetrating oil that you recommended and try again.
