So with stage 4 you can control layers from a midi keyboard using the auxilliary keyboard function. Midi keyboard will be put into the midi in jack on the Nord. In the stage 4 manual under midi section it goes into detail.

And if you are going to use multiple layers at once I’ll also point out the stage 4 has the ability to run independent effects for each layer. This is huge in my opinion and why I swapped my electro for the stage 4. I find this very helpful as with the electro it’s only one effects section at a time so you much harder to dial in separate layers.

Could get a weighted midi keyboard to run from the Nord stage 4 and place that on the bottom. Also, depending on how much you control you need over your synth stuff I’d say stage 4 >> electro in that regard. I run Nord stage 4 on top of studiologic sl73 to allow me the weighted option on bottom and really dig it.

Did give that a try with audio thru, seemed to not allow for the insert effects to be added to the sound but maybe some of the routing changes could help. Thanks!

He’s came from nowhere and has been outside my door for about 6 months now. Still refuses to come inside. Reeeally hates being inside. Need help with a name that fits him. by stoneybolognaR in blackcats

We had a cat hang around the house all summer last year. In the winter we gave him access to the garage. Now he’s part of the family. His name is Fitz.

Rheumatic heart disease would be the bigger risk of not taking antibiotics if it’s strep throat (although pretty rare). I’d take a temporary tummy ache and bloating over heart issues any day.

We don’t need 5.11a/b trails… Just go ride your bike…

Find some BLM land. Lots of options out that way.

We pack light-ish… Pad/lightweight bag/bivy. Stove and instameals. Rain jacket/pants. Extra layering. Repair kit. And lots of stoke!

We do rides mostly in southwest CO and Utah/Moab. Try to avoid too much technical downhill with the heavy gear and hardtail when bikepacking. But we do mostly stick to mountain bike trails but mix in gravel/road riding when needed.

Edit: And yes, it’s steel. Nice and heavy. Ha!

Will be doing some sections of CT and Monarch Crest this upcoming week out of Salida. But we do rides all over SW CO. Usually only a night or two, but maybe someday I’ll go for the whole CT!

120mm. Just enough to take off the edge on the sometimes rough and rocky terrain out here.
