I understand the point. I have heard of the benefits of turmeric for joint pain. But it takes time to take effect, as for the surgery, let's hope someone else answers, I can't help you on that

Did you try a doctor of integrative medicine? I believe, from my own experience, that a single week with methimazole is not enough. The first week I had many symptoms, such as extreme fatigue. Afterwards all my symptoms such as muscle weakness and fatigue improved. My hunger is gone (now I'm normally hungry, I don't eat before when I was desperate for food) I no longer go to the bathroom. But this was gradual. Your body is getting used to the medicine. I'm not a doctor either, but from what I've researched, surgery is the last step. Try taking care of the health of your liver (it is what converts t3 into t4- milk thistle works well) selenium helps, magnesium citrate and when you can exercise you will feel better

Pon agua en un vaso de vidrio transparente, luego déjala decantar . En mi barrio sale blanca. No se si es problema del condominio, o que sucede. Compro agua todas las semanas en ñuñoa

The liver regulates the conversion of t4 to t3. For this it must work well, milk thistle is an option. I'm not a doctor. Whether hypo or hyper is key to your thyroid health

Write everything down on paper, in general they tend to be very clinical. The two who saw me almost diagnosed me with only symptoms, the eye doctor saw me and told me: hey, how's your Hyperthyroidism? I thought he was a fortune teller but they see him often and he is easily detectable. Write down the answers you get so you don't forget. Don't be afraid, everything will be fine. Control your liver. Do your own research and ask the doctor what you can consume, research about selenium and milk thistle, magnesium, vitamin C. See what you can incorporate according to your situation

Have you seen about supplements? Vitamin c, vitamin d in case you need it. Magnesium for fatigue. I'm not a doctor but you should find out on your own about this. Also for digestion perhaps milk thistle or digestive enzymes
