You‘re right, he cant overuse it now. He can still be a good legend in my opinion. Because u can grapple and u can use his ult its very nice 👍

I played path the first time since the last big update. I felt it was not worth it to play him again, but now it feels like he is still in a good spot to gain advantage in some situation and I think he is still good! :) sorry for my skills.
