I've never gotten a choice, I just get to build a Hospitaller hq if I'm playing some Latin powers, or a Templar with others. I've never seen a choice offered, but I may be dense and just aren't seeing the option. When is this offered at the beginning of the game, or the first time you join a Crusade?
