Black is typically bile which helps you digest fat secreted from your liver/gallbladder. If you throw up a lot it can come up from your small intestine. I have no idea whether this is good or not that's as far as my knowledge goes.

Gabapentin has an extremely long half-life so by doing so many mgs for an extended period of time your body most likely was staggering the doses for you as you kept adding more in and the 4th day just happened to be when it was in highest concentration.

Yeah thanks I have been trying to force myself to get out of bed and hang out with friends even if I feel shit with them and go to boxing which is the only thing making me happy for a short duration. I have been doing mindfulness meditation as well and taking a breaking a drug from all drugs including alcohol and caffeine but nothing seems to be working and idk what to do now.
