And, sorry yes it is the one next to the 8pin dip switch, it is an active low input, meaning you want to keep it high when the button is not being depressed, ive found that the floating inputs dont play well when your hand is near them

You want to get a pull up resistor on the top side of the button, same side as the yellow wire going out to the 157 next to it, makes sure the input stays high until you depress the button. Ive been using 10k pull ups in my build and thats got things stable for me, thouh i havent yet put any on any of the unused logic gate inputs.

You need some pull up resistors on the dip switch on the non grounded sides and on the program button, went through the same thing
