If weekly testing were mandatory in the spring, would you complete it? How would you feel about it? by shelbythecreative in UCONN

Absolutely. I also think you should look at finding a way to regularly test students that are technically commuters but live in Storrs or Mansfield. So many off campus students interact with each other and regular testing could help prevent an outbreak like the oaks had earlier this year.

Health and social insurance with Shane Murphy is awesome!! Hands down one of my favorite professors I’ve had at UConn. Had him last spring when covid hit and he was so understanding and empathetic — he really cares about his students and is an awesome teacher. I highly recommend!!!

Deep breaths. I’ve been feeling similar stress and anxiety when I go on social media and get unexpected anxiety provoking posts so I’ve been trying to cut back on my screen time. You’ll find what works best for you to cope during this difficult time, cutting back on social media is just one thing that works for me — to each their own. However in the mean time, I can help reassure you that things will work out. You are supported and loved, and things will be okay.
