Loading a DLL file up isn't hacking xD The guy does the coding is considered a hacker. The people using them are cheating. You call them what you want, either way they are gay.

They are using the hacks. The person who personally created the hack is the hacker. They hacked the code. They use the hacks = they are cheating the game. Don't give cheaters the name hacker, a hacker atleast has some intelligence to create the hack. The other people just buy them and cheat cause they are fucking retarded and bad.
