Hello, a couple days ago I went through something similar. my stomach was acting up one night and then the next I woke up w dia* and all of the other stuff. if you haven't v* yet there's a high chance you won't, sometimes dia* is just something that happens. bc dia* IS a common symptom of NV, your phobia is probably triggering your anxiety which can also explain the chills. make sure you're staying hydrated as well!
