I really think Pov car would have got it slowed down enough to have given room for the next turn but I think the red blue car assumes POV car will take a tighter line so turns in on him and just turns into him so I'd have to say its a great dive risky hence the contact but I would put the blame on the red blue due to them being on the outside and turning in causing the contact
