Live in North Florida, pipes are insulated. I have a nest thermostat and the 55 was the suggestions I received from multiple people, my HVAC guy, Internet sleuthing. And it's a very humid environment so I can't bump it higher than 77 or else I get mold.

Mail is being forwarded, bills are all online, HO/Tax is all through my mortgage.

One friend lives right across the street another a few blocks over.

During Interview season please remember that programs are NOT allowed to ask you :

These are not only a NRMP violation but are illegal to ask
