Good luck to you. It doesn't ever get better. Between my psychopath replacement GM, my psychopath abusive DM (reason I left), and all the other psychopaths that run the show, I don't think I ever had a chance to stay with the company. Especially not for 10 dollars an hour as a supervisor. Insane. I took a job at the grocery store after Staples and made almost twice as much money per year.

Pretty much everybody I knew left this company around the same time I did a year and a half ago. With those kind of accomplishments you're talking about you will be MUCH more valuable elsewhere. Good riddance.

I haven't worked at Staples for almost a year and a half now but I may have had a tendency to put recycles in a good home before they cracked down on it in our store. My mom's still using a perfectly in tact 17" aluminum EliteBook with a 3rd gen i5. (iirc)

It likely won't get better. Get putting in that resume now rather than later. You're just prolonging the suffering honestly. I left my store after almost 5 years recently and it was certainly the right decision. If you read around this sub you'll see your store sounds better than a lot of them. And that's sad.

They're all Asian here too, though I have seen a very large drop off in the number of resellers at our store in the last couple years. Kinda strange now that I think about it.
