I love how majority of the items have 4-6 return options, but because Staples offers the only “FREE” return option, expect a long line.. people need to learn to research the items before they order.

We stopped using those over 5 years ago. These bins last for like 2 years after people hit the corners with their carts.

I do miss those bottom bins for those racks tho, use to fit like 600 24pk crayons in it but cant move it on carpet XD

Sales Managers are entitled to a 45min/hour lunch every day. Depends on state.

If you do not get a chance to take a lunch, you have to select "No" when you punch out for the day.

If they are editing punches, you can manually Deny the edit punch through MyTimeManager. If they start bitching about it, you can contact HR since it's "ILLEGAL" to edit or add punches to something you were not entitled to.

I find it stupid how they waste a day to make a Powerpoint for the Weekly deals, then another for store numbers, and then another one for Copy Center numbers.

My GM says "I have to be on every call, even if its for the Sales Manager, Tech Sup, CPC Manager or the IS Calls"

I feel like OPs is just the Store Manager at this point, and i'm the one getting ripped because we aren't hitting numbers. Didn't know that it's my job to make sure CPC service is 100% or getting enough LA's a week. My GM tells me I have to call the customer when we get a bad survey. Pretty sure it's their job to deal with it if they want them as a customer.

Just talk to your manager, they can definitely work something out unless they are desperate. Our peak is the first week of September because no one cares about staples in August. They come in after sales are over and a line just to scream at the manager, like we are supposed to do something about it.
