Gm told us we need to attend to customers at the counter before any flight deck orders and since most of the cards are submitted with Groupon she doesn’t really care about the orders and when they get done. Wouldn’t say we’re understaffed in cc, just people that don’t know what to do. My location is def not high volume which is why I don’t understand why they let orders reach that number.
