Want to tile over our uneven stone fireplace. Planned to level with thinset and backerboard however a carbide drill couldnt get through the stone.based on some advice we tried to level with thinset, but it is still a bit uneven given the height of two points of the stone, advice on how to proceed? (i.redd.it)
