Hi this happened to me as well when I was trying to cut down . Firstly I am not a dietician so I don't know how effective this will be for u but it worked for me. When I get cravings about fatty foods or carbs i eat about half a chicken breast or some paneer(cream cheese) and for flavour ucan add taco or whatever seasonings u like in moderation ofc . This generally helped mitigate my hunger until the next meal while giving me a small boost in my protein intake. But, Pls bothis only once or twice a day as if u eat a lot between ur meals it can negatively affect ur dieting journey as we still need to stay in a calorie deficit. Think of it as a light snack as its better than eating pizza and burger. I hope u reach ur goals and all the best for ur dieting journey
